East Texas Girl

Some of my favorite things are going to yard sales, flea markets, and digging thru boxes at auctions.  I love vintage things as long as they do not smell musty.  I love to take something old and turn it into something unique.  I like to sew and create different types of crafts.  My house is cluttered with projects that I am going to get to someday.  In the past I have documented some of my finished projects with photos.   Writing about my projects is something new that I am interested in trying.

I do have somewhat of an obsession that I am sure will come up.  It always does.  I have an addiction to these small little furry things.  Most people say dogs,  some  people know that they are Dachshunds, but I know that they are my 2 four legged kids.  There are two right now, but we are tossing around the idea of getting another one.  My husband wants a puppy, but I want a somewhat trained, somewhat thru teething, less pup more mature Miniature Dachshund.  We will have to see.........
